Ravi Behl
Co-Founder & Director of Business Relations
Recycle Emirates
Ravi Behl is the Co-Founder and Director of Business Relations at Recycle Emirates. Born and raised in Dubai, Ravi brings a wealth of experience in the recycling industry. Prior to establishing Recycle Emirates, he worked extensively in metal and used paper recycling trading, gaining valuable insights into the nuances of the recycling market.
With a deep passion for sustainable practices and a keen interest in precious metal recovery, Ravi aspires to lead Recycle Emirates into new frontiers of innovation in recycling technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Dubai and a Master’s degree from the University of Wollongong, Australia.
Ravi is also committed to expanding Recycle Emirates' footprint across multiple locations, with plans to offer ITAD services to clients throughout the Middle East and Africa region. Outside of work, Ravi is a dedicated family man, happily married with a child currently in high school. His expertise and vision have been key to Recycle Emirates' growth as an R2V3 certified ITAD company.
Kapil Lal
Co-Founder & Director of Sales and Marketing
Recycle Emirates
Kapil Lal is the Co-Founder and Director of Sales and Marketing at Recycle Emirates, where he drives the company's marketing strategy and sales efforts. Originally from Mauritius, Kapil has a strong educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Rutgers University, NJ, and a Master’s from the University of Wollongong, Australia.
Kapil is passionate about cricket and enjoys fine food and drinks, which reflect his dynamic and approachable personality. He is focused on expanding Recycle Emirates' service offerings, including the development of a refurbishment facility for renewed goods and the introduction of product destruction services for companies across the UAE.
Kapil is a proud father of two children—one currently attending college and the other in high school. His strategic vision and drive for continuous growth are instrumental in Recycle Emirates’ mission to provide innovative ITAD solutions and expand into new markets.

Sales Manager - Finished Products
With over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, Muhammad Abbas serves as the Sales Manager for Finished Products at Recycle Emirates. He is responsible for overseeing the sales of a wide range of IT products, including desktop PCs, servers, laptops, LCDs, printers, parts, and other IT accessories. His extensive experience in handling regional markets and customer relationships has helped grow Recycle Emirates' client base and foster long-lasting partnerships. Muhammad is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers across the UAE.
Ismail Shafi
Financial Controller
A key figure in the foundation of Recycle Emirates, Ismail Shafi has been with the company since its inception. As the Financial Controller, Ismail is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring smooth cash flow, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. His expert financial planning and strategic insights have been instrumental in the growth and stability of the company. Ismail is dedicated to ensuring the financial health of Recycle Emirates and supporting its continued success.
Shahbaz Ali
Facility Supervisor
Shahbaz Ali is the Facility Supervisor at Recycle Emirates and plays a crucial role in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing stock is handled efficiently. He has extensive training in safety procedures, including certifications in fire safety, occupational health, battery handling, and forklift operations. Shahbaz ensures that all safety protocols are followed, creating a secure and organized environment for operations. His focus on managing inventory and coordinating the flow of materials helps maintain Recycle Emirates' reputation for efficiency and reliability.
Adil Lone
Network Decommissioning and Auditing Specialist
Adil Lone is a Cisco-certified expert who is responsible for the decommissioning and auditing of all networking-related equipment that comes through Recycle Emirates for recycling. With a deep understanding of networking gear, Adil ensures that each item is properly assessed and decommissioned in line with industry standards. His technical expertise and commitment to security make him an essential part of the team, ensuring that all networking equipment is handled with the highest level of professionalism.
Aijaz Ali
Data Wiping & Destruction Specialist
Aijaz Ali is a highly skilled professional specializing in the secure destruction of data from all types of data-bearing devices. With extensive certifications and training, he is an expert in utilizing state-of-the-art shredders, degaussers, and specialized data destruction software to ensure complete data security. Salim Sheikh
Logistics & Secure Transportation Team
Salim Sheikh is the leader of our logistics team and oversees all aspects of secure transportation for our product destruction services. With a strong background in logistics and security, Salim ensures that all of our collections are handled with the utmost care, using fully bonded and secure trucks and vans. His team is responsible for coordinating the transport of sensitive materials, ensuring that all items are collected and delivered to our facilities safely. Salim manages a fleet of self-owned vehicles, all equipped with GPS tracking systems and additional security features, such as high-security locks, to guarantee the safe and secure shipment of data-bearing devices and electronic waste. His attention to detail and commitment to secure operations provide an extra layer of security for our clients, ensuring that every step of the transportation process is seamless and risk-free.
